Frequently Asked Questions

Q. What exactly happens with my enquiry?

A. Your enquiry is sent to every relevant member of the NPA, who can then choose to apply

for the job. Should an artist apply you will receive full contact details and comments from

the artist via the email address you provided in the enquiry form. Be sure to check your

spam folder over the course of the week that your enquiry is active.

Q. How long is my enquiry held?

A. Your enquiry is on show in our members' section for one week, or until ten artists apply.

You will therefore receive details of no more than ten artists from your enquiry.

Q. Is there a catch to this free service?

A. No, the NPA only asks that you respond to a feedback email we send to you two weeks

after you made your enquiry. This email requests you send a single-digit response as one

of four possible scenarios regarding the state of your enquiry.

Q. Does the NPA deal with artist bookings?

A. No, the NPA is NOT an agency, and not responsible for the contract. The NPA is simply

an introduction agency to put people who need a performing artist in touch with relevant

artists. Once introduced, all contracts are negotiated directly between the client and the

artist.

Q. Will the NPA use or distribute my email address in the future?

A. No. The NPA will only use email addresses for the purpose of administering the

introduction, and is kept private at all times. The NPA complies with the CAN-SPAM act

and will never sell, rent or otherwise distribute your email address for any reason except

to administer the introduction and gather feedback on the success of the introduction.
