The Network of Performing Artists Privacy Policy The Network of Performing Artists (‘NPA’, ‘We’, ‘Us’) is registered with the UK's Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), registration number Z1098578. Any personal information obtained by the NPA is used through the Service strictly in accordance with these guidelines: 1. Clients. The only Client information required for the Service is the Client name and the Client email address. These details are used only when the Client gives consent to a Member of the NPA for use regarding a particular event. There is no further registration process regarding the Client. The terms of use are: the NPA will send up to ten emails to the Client over one week, each email at the request of an Artist who is available for hire. Each email will provide the Client with contact details of the Artist. A further email is sent to the Client one week after the end of the intial week, requesting feedback and asking the Client if a further week of Service is desired regarding the Client's event. Should the Client approve, the Service will re-start in earnest. No further emails will be sent if the Client fails to respond. The Client email is stored privately at all times, with access given only to administrators of the NPA. No other personal information will be required from the Client. 2. Artists/Members. Contact details (i.e. name, website address, email address and telephone numbers) are registered once with the NPA and stored for use every time an Artist applies for a job. Contact information is used only for the purposes of emailing to potential Clients and only when explicitly requested by the Artist via the Website. The NPA will occasionally contact its Members regarding vital information such as the Service, the Website, changes in terms & conditions etc. Any personal data collected from Members is kept private by the NPA and is not shared, sold or otherwise transferred to any third parties. 3. Cookies. A cookie is a small text file stored on a user’s computer for record keeping purposes. Cookies are only used as session cookies on the Website. A session cookie expires when the user’s browser is closed. This is essential for the Member’s login activities, such as displaying relevant job opportunities.
